E-Fulfilment & Home Delivery
At Perceive we have extensive experience in supply chain operations and change management.
We have particular expertise in E-Fulfilment and Home delivery both (1 and 2-Man). From order placement to successful delivery at customers homes.
We have managed over 14 different 3PL Contract tenders, negotiation and implementation and can project manage any part of the process.
We also have experience of warehouse optimisation using lean techniques to improve productivity and reduce costs.
In addition we have been involved in major system development and implementation of home delivery and WMS systems including hand held devices, RF and Voice picking.
