Meet the Founder
Perceive Ltd was founded in 2007 by Don Marshall. Don has over 18 years management and leadership experience within several blue chip companies including B&Q, Bertelsmann Distribution, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and IKEA.
Don is an MBA graduate, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics & Transport (CMILT) and is a strong linguist, speaking fluent French, German plus good Spanish and of course - Scots.
He has a very strong track record of improving sales, reducing cost and increasing profit throughout his career. His aim is to cut the waffle and deliver results, always striving to unlock hidden potential in both individuals and organisations.
Don is also an accomplished public speaker having presented a number of topics at several large conferences including the VAD-EXPO in Lille, IMRG Members meeting, The Mail and Express Show and the Supply Chain Leadership Conference.
